Her team sees a strong, decisive senior executive. But she has late nights, second guessing her decisions and the feeling that she’s lost herself on the way up the ladder. She loves God deeply but her leader life and spiritual life feel like two separate worlds. How can she honor her faith and still be bold in her leadership?

He prayed for this promotion but his days began to be full of conflict, politics, difficult people and constant fires. His joy was gone and he wondered if he was cut out for senior leadership. In our safe space, we processed both his leadership challenges and his faith questions. We examined where he was over functioning, what were true priorities and where fear, not faith was driving his perspectives and choices.

On paper he had influence, authority and respect. In reality, corporate leadership was lonely. He had no one he could talk to openly about faith, doubt, and the pressures of leading people through constant change. He wanted a place where he didn’t have to filter his words. He wanted to be able to say “Here’s what I’m wrestling with—with my team, my family, and my walk with Christ.”
